Tammy Majeski, DVM

Dr. Majeski joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 2025.  She received her B.A. in History from UCLA and, after working in the health policy department at RAND in Santa Monica, CA, returned to school to complete her veterinary medical coursework and training.  She earned her D.V.M. from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced in the small animal clinic and shelter settings in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for well over a decade.  Dr. Majeski has special interests in geriatric medicine, grief and loss/support, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, some training and continued interest in ultrasound, and a growing interest in acupuncture.

As an avid sports fan, you may find Dr. Tammy rooting for all teams Seattle or dissecting an NCAA basketball bracket.  She also enjoys gardening and vintage holiday crafting.  She lives in Seattle with her wife and 4 rescue critters—dogs Jet and Otis, and cats Georgia and Louis.  Dr. Majeski is thrilled to be part of the team at West Seattle Animal Hospital and looks forward to helping serve your pet’s healthcare needs.
